Yoon-Joo Jee
Yoon-Joo is a creative director, dance artist and experience designer whose work is a conduit for connection, empathy, and self-reflection. She integrates movement aesthetics, cinematic storytelling, participatory embodied processes, and human-centric design in her work. Trained in ballet and contemporary dance at the Conservatoire d’Aix-Marseille (France) and in innovation & management in France and India, Yoon-Joo’s practice is shaped by her diverse experiences living in seven countries. Her work - often exploring themes of identity, spirituality, nature and imaginary futures - has been commissioned by leading institutions such as UNESCO, Brighton Dome, ChangeNOW, Cannes Short Film Festival, Google.org, Open Society Foundation, the European Union (EUSIC) and more. She has also been recognized as an ASPEN Fellow, a Yunus & Youth Fellow and one of the Top 100 Women by the Euclid Network.
